Had this one on the draft folder but wanted to get this review in before I forget. A couple of months ago (May) i took an uber to Imperial Beach to enjoy the blue sky and a cold beer. It was a friday so why not. I chose the Brigantine because of how close it is to the beach and how close they are to other restaurants/bars. Their oysters are pretty good too. I am not sure if it is Oyster season or not but the half dozen we ordered to start were a bit small (still really good though). I saw their Tuna tostada on their menu so i wanted to try it. It was DELICIOUS. The tuna was very fresh, the toppings complemented the tuna and tostada perfectly. I ordered another. I had a brown from a tijuana brewery on their tap and that was really good too. If you come here get the tostada (tuna) and oysters. The view here if you get a table outside is 10/10. You can take a walk on the beach or get a beer at another spot walking distance (Mike Hess, Coronado Brew) if you want. Parking is not the best so hop on a lyft/uber if you can.
